Delivery
Kennedy Office is never far! Whether you are in town or across the country, we have distribution centers strategically placed to get you what you need, when you need it!
- Most orders are delivered next day, excluding furniture, printing, promotional items and special orders.
- Free delivery on orders of $75.00 or more. A small order charge of $9.95 is applied to orders less than $75.00.
- Furniture orders are subject to delivery and installation charges. Please check with your account manager or your customer care representative for rates.
- Bulky items and items weighing more than 50 lbs that require special handling or ship by common carrier are subject to freight charges. Should these conditions apply to your order, we will provide a freight quote before processing your order.
- Local deliveries are made by Kennedy Office drivers Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
- Deliveries outside of our local footprint are made by verified partners.
- Deliveries typically include a packing slip with item numbers for reference only (not an invoice).
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased from Kennedy Office, you may return it within the applicable time frame. Happy customers are our top priority, and we’ll be glad to assist in an exchange or return…we want you to have what you need! Please fill out our ‘Contact Us’ form or email custserv@kennedyoffice.com or call 800-733-9401 to return items.
- All merchandise must be returned within 20 days of the invoice date to avoid restocking fees.
- All merchandise returned must be in the original carton with all packaging intact, unmarked, and in re-sellable condition.
- Non-returnable items include but are not limited to:
- Food & beverage items
- Medical supplies
- Health/personal care items
- Custom items such as stamps, print and promotional items
- Tax forms
- Toner that has been removed from inner packaging
- Special order items (including furniture)
- Items that have been removed from original packaging and/or assembled
- All calendars and dated goods are subject to exceptions.
- All discrepancies in quantity and/ or condition (shortages, damaged and defective items) must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Damaged merchandise should be refused. Merchandise with concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or is considered non-returnable.
- Return items will usually be picked up within 3-5 business days of your request. Credit memos are typically issued within 3-5 business days after the product is received back in our warehouse.
- Cancellations and returns may be subject to restocking fees of up to 40%.
Terms & Conditions
- An invoice will be emailed the night your order is placed to the appropriate recipient.
- A monthly statement of activity will be emailed the first business day of each month.
- Kennedy Office accepts payment by check, credit card or ACH.
- Standard accounts are paid by check or ACH
- Payment terms are NET20 days if paying by invoice, or NET10 days from the end of the previous month if paying by statement.
- We gladly accept ACH payments, reach out to our Customer Care team to set up ACH payments.
- Credit card accounts are paid by Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express
- Kennedy Office processes credit cards for payment in full when the goods are ordered. Credit card numbers are securely stored.
- A $25 per month finance charge is added to past due balances.
- Furniture and special orders over $3,000 require a 50% deposit before the order is placed. The remaining balance is due within 10 days of delivery.
- If Kennedy Office pre-buys and stocks proprietary product(s) for a customer, they will be billed for any remaining product(s) in the case that they no longer need or want it.
