Lincoln County Courthouse
Transforming the Courthouse!
The Lincoln County Courthouse received a major upgrade from the historic, century-old building in the downtown business circle. We installed the new facility with a beautiful range of furnishings. This included stylish yet practical private office furniture, cozy seating for lobbies and guests, effective lateral filing systems, and ample shelving and storage solutions. We also provided seating for courtrooms and security areas, and enhanced public spaces with benches and functional furniture for breakrooms and outdoor areas, contributing to a more secure, accessible, and efficient courthouse environment!

AG Carolina Farm Credit Corporate Offices
Elegance in Functionality!
The AG Carolina Farm Credit Corporate Offices, located in Greenville, NC, are housed in a newly constructed building that serves both as the corporate office and a city retail branch. The design of this facility was a collaborative creation by the internal Kennedy Design team, working in conjunction with expert furniture companies Artopex, Indiana, Berco, and Paul Davis. This partnership ensured a blend of functionality and aesthetics suitable for both the corporate and retail needs of the space!

NATVAR
Office Upgrades!
In the NATVAR project, Kennedy Office made significant enhancements to their office environment! Eight office spaces were outfitted with HON Abound panels, featuring practical markerboard tiles and convenient power access at desk surfaces. In five offices, stylish and functional case goods from the HON Mod series were installed. The workspace comfort was elevated with 13 HON Convergence task chairs distributed throughout the spaces. Additionally, the project included the installation of a HON Preside conference room table, paired with Boss seating, to facilitate a professional and collaborative meeting space!

Lincoln County Health Department
A Stylish Makeover!
The Lincoln County Health Department's move to their new, spacious facility marked a significant upgrade, offering triple the space of their old location to better serve Lincoln County's citizens. We equipped the health department with comfortable cubicles and seating, well-appointed conference rooms, and private offices. Additionally, we supplied lateral files and set up a full training area. Both public and private waiting areas were thoughtfully designed for comfort, as were the versatile public and private training rooms, ensuring that every space was optimized for functionality and a welcoming atmosphere!

Cardinal Civil Contracting
Stylish Workplace Transformation!
In the Cardinal Civil project, we transformed their office spaces over three distinct phases, each adding layers of functionality and style. Phase 1 focused on Lacasse Concept 300 Series U-shaped desking, Allseating Inertia task chairs, and a Lacasse conference room. Phase 2 introduced powered cubicle stations and L-shaped desks with Global storage. Phase 3 continued with additional Lacasse cubicles and hoteling stations, complemented by more Allseating task chairs, culminating in a comprehensive and cohesive office environment!

Modern Toyota of Winston Salem
A Reimagined Space!
Over an 18-month period, the primary showroom and dealer administration buildings at Modern Toyota of Winston Salem were demolished and rebuilt, requiring the entire operation to temporarily relocate to another building on the campus. During this phase we implemented a temporary design for 25 salespeople with rental furniture. The redesign of the new dealership showroom and administrative offices was a collaborative effort involving Kennedy Office, Modern Toyota’s architectural firm, Toyota Corp’s furniture standards team, and HON Design. The new furnishings were exclusively from HON, and the installation was completed over an intense week!
